Exhibitors are publishers with established magazines to license or publishers who want to use WMM, as the most important international licensing event in the calendar, to increase their company’s profile. Or suppliers to the industry who have a product or service they wish to promote.

 

This package offers maximum benefits including a stand to showcase your products and to provide you with a branded ‘satellite office’ as a private environment for your meetings, as well as a number of free delegate places and an increased profile throughout the event.
 
Platinum Exhibitor: £7250, 3x6m stand, 10 delegate places included
Gold Exhibitor: £3950, 3x4m stand, 5 delegate places included
Silver Exhibitor: £2950, 3x3m stand, 3 delegate places included

Smaller Publishers

 

Publishers who fit this criteria (less than 35 members of full time staff), are growing businesses who are looking to license out some of their own key brands as well as acquire licenses for more established brands. Suppliers to the industry do not qualify for a smaller publisher stand.

Delegates  

 

Delegates are publishers with an expanding portfolio of magazines who are interested in taking established magazine brands back to their country. Or licensors beginning to investigate international business possibilities including syndication.

 

As a delegate you will be able to save time and money and explore all the lucrative opportunities on offer at WMM.
 
Delegates also have their company profiles on the website enabling exhibitors to match their business interests and then schedule meetings via the online diary system.

 

Delegates should conduct their meetings in the blue or red meeting areas unless they are meeting with an existing exhibitor. Please note that once a meeting has finished delegates must leave the table and go to another, it is not acceptable for delegates to commandeer tables, leave their magazines permanently on tables or erect signage.
